How does it work to buy a website?

Once you have taken the first step and booked a free meeting with me. IRL or digital depending on geographical distance.
This is what you can expect.
​
During our meeting, which usually lasts about 60 minutes, I want to know a little about you and your company. Your visions, your journey as an entrepreneur. We talk about expectations that you have on your website and above all what direction your page should have.
Do you need a ready-made solution, or is your need of the nature that we should produce a tailor-made quote?

After our meeting, I compile a needs analysis based on what we have discussed and send it digitally to you. I do this so that we both feel a sense of trust and confidence that we speak "the same" language. Your investment is important to both of us.
​
When I receive an ok from you, that you want to proceed, I will send you an agreement / quote with a job description based on your needs analysis and a preliminary start date for the work.
If you feel that something is not right, we will make a revision.

How do we proceed then?
When you approve the agreement / quote with its start date, a partial invoice of 50% of your total investment with 10 days payment terms will be sent out.
This must be received by Kreatörsbyrån before the set start date. If everything goes as it should, I will start the work when payment has been received. Our communication will be mostly via a link by email or messenger.

How long it takes to complete your page depends a bit on how fast you can produce the material that we will have agreed on.
​
When the page is completed, the remaining amount of your investment will be sent, ie 50% with a 10-day payment terms. When payment has been received by Kreatörsbyrån, your page will be launched.

Book a VA-solution

If you are interested in booking me for Virtual Assistant services idescribed under Solutions the same layout applies as when buying a website.
We book a free meeting in about 60 minutes.

How do we proceed then?
When you approve the agreement / quote with its start date, we begin our cooperation. Depending on how your layout is, you will be invoiced in a slightly different way:

For subscriptions (minimum 3 months), you will be invoiced montly 30 days payment terms

For work by the hour, you will be invoiced at the end of the month for work performed during the current month with 30 days payment terms.

Please note that any unused hours in a subscription will bee seen as consumed and are not transferable to the following month.
